| PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: THIS ACT WILL HOPEFULLY BE AGREED IN BOTH CLANS NATO AND UD.
The Outlaw Rejection Pact will make it so that we no longer allow flooders/loaders in our clan channels. We will not only not allow them in our channel but they will no longer be able to play in our tounaments or games. This ensures a more secure diplomacy community and shows these losers what we think of them.
However, there are exceptions and they are that only flooders/loaders who are in a clan may enter our channels. The reason for this being that some flooding/loading may be used for clan wars. How ever I will be expanding this pact to all diplomacy clans so that flooding/loading will be outlawed in clan wars so we can ban ALL flooders/loaders from our games and channels. Now this Pact isn't complete yet and I would like it if both the leaders of UD and the leaders of Nato would meet on this subject and come to an agreement. Now there has been some debates on whether we should even do this at all. So the Pact may be up for rejection and be Voided. | |

| i would like to point out because i can... you should only ban people as a last resort. Just because someone says that they are going to flood doesn't mean they actually will. just keep a list of possible threats.
Now if someone actually floods by all means ip ban them and do all you can to keep them out.

I personally dont want ur opinion considering the fact that u dont better the clan, and the fact that i dont rly like you... oh yea and cuz ur not in clan... point being we only accept opinions from members...  | |
