Apprenticeship is a training program
The way this works is in order for an officer to progress to higher ranks they are required to train members.
Each officer is able to train 1-3 members at a time, the member must be ranked in the army.
Once a trainee has graduated his training, graduation will be decided by the leaders and generals, the officer will gain a promotion.
A member who is being trained will not receive rewards until they prove themselves in skills and recruitment.
This system is designed to have the more mature diplomacy players train the newer ones and instill comradery amongst the members. However the trainees are not to be loyal to their teacher but to their clan. Trainers should train a member for no longer than 2 weeks, if their trainee does not graduate within two weeks they need to find another person to train.
