Ok guys, i had an idea for the clan. To have representatives of each rank category meet and plan things for the clan.

The would be two "houses". One house will be the house of lords(all members who are generals).

The Second house would be the house of commons. This house would have representatives elected from the "enlisted", "warrent officer", and "officer" rank categories. There would be 6 seats in this house.
1 seat would be for the Enlisted
2 seats would be for the Warrent Officers
3 seats would be for the Officers
= 6 seats
We would have elections for the rank categories in the house of commons.... enlisted members elects a rep for their one seat, WO's elect rep for the 2 seats, etc.

So if you think we should have a monarchial/democratic/representative leadership base and decision making. Please vote here!

although i like the idea, i think this would be a lil difficult to organize and keep operational... confused

it would be, but its kinda simple at the same time.

the house of commons would have elections once every month or so, and the house of lords doesnt even need elections because all the generals are in it.
the houses just represent kinda like a "joint cheifs of staff"

not to keep raggin on ur idea, but i was in electro on west and it tried to be consistant like this idea, with elections, planned tournies, etc.. and it didnt work, so we'll see how this goes... Like a Star @ heaven

the only idea of this is to give the lower ranks a more representive power, so u dont have to be a general just to have a say in what goes on for the politics of this clan Smile

yea and um... what catagory do i fall into.
Btw I am going to continue to be inactive inside the clan for another o say 2 to 6 weeks. I will keep the channel up and so on and so fourth. But I wont be active till I can sort things out at home.

smaller note: I have seen alot of clans do this before and they usually fall apart due to lack of power in leadership.

i think its a great idea but ima hav to go wit everyone else on this... it wud b pretty hard to form. but hey if ppl are up to it then lets give it a try.

anyway it would be hard work but once we establish it....i think it would work nicely and keep people happy

Well, I think I'll go with it, its a pretty cool idea cause it gives ppl a voice in what our clan does cause when i was lower in rank, I never knew when there would be a tourney and who are we at war at, actually thinking about it... I still dont know when there would be a tourney and who are we at war with lol!

. But anyway, on the other hand, Raider is right, I've seen clans crumble under this kind of pressure, it'll take a lot of time to start this and it would take a lot of time each day to keep it operational plus we would have to schedule meetings cause we wont all probly be online each day but overall I think it's worth a shot. Go for it jew.
